Notes of cassis, crushed cherry and slight raspberry / cassis combined with a hint of flowers as well as touches of licorice, sweet spices and toasted touches. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, fresh and offers minerality, roundness and a slight tension. This wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, cherry and strawberry combined with a touch of crushed redcurrant, cassis as well as touches of toasted oak, licorice, subtle touches of sweet spices and a very discreet hint of cocoa.
