The palate of this medium-bodied charmer is fruit intense, juicy and round, but also piquant and mineral. The finish reveals nice lime flavors and a slight salinity. This is a very well-balanced, juicy, and accessible Sauvignon with an appetizing acidity and a nice length. It’s would be a star at parties or casual dinners. Enjoy it now or in the next 3-4 years."
