Wine with 6 months in oak, 100% tempranillo from young vines, around 25-25 years old.
Grapes are picked by hand at their optimum ripeness. Bunches are brought to the winery in plastic crates per 15 kilograms and sorted at a sorting table. After destemming, grapes are pumped into stainless-steel vat, where they macerate at a cool temperature and the alcoholic fermentation takes
place at 22ºC – 24ºC.
